Crafted from sustainably sourced Western Australian Jarrah, these cutting boards carry the soul of the bush—rich, rugged, and full of character. With earthy red tones, deep grain, and the occasional golden streak, no two boards are ever the same.
Jarrah is a tough hardwood, known for standing the test of time. It’s strong enough to handle years of chopping, slicing, and serving, yet still kind to your blades. The end grain construction adds to its durability, and gives it that classic butcher block feel.
Due to the natural variation in the timber, each board will have its own character and we let the timber speak for itself — marks, knots, and grain patterns are part of the story. However, if you lean toward a certain look, feel free to drop us a note with your order.

Ordered a full set (small, medium and large) off Gerhard and absolutely stoked with them in every way.
Only issue was the partner banned me from cutting on the chaos pattern board because it was "too nice to use", but reassured by the offer of a resurface in the future, I'm sure it'll see some action!
