We work with a trio of distinct timbers:

• Jarrah - Known for its deep red tones and hardy character, Jarrah adds warmth and weight to every board
• Spotted Gum - With its striking grain and natural resilience, Spotted Gum brings contrast and durability
• Maple - While not native to Australia, Maple’s creamy hue and fine grain offer a gentle balance to the boldness of its companions

Built using end grain joinery, these boards are as tough as they come - gentle on your knives and made to weather years of chopping, slicing, and serving. The brick pattern gives each piece a grounded, rustic feel - like something that belongs in a hardworking kitchen with a story or two to tell.
